This is cycle route covers undulating country roads. Please familiarise yourself with the map of the course which will be clearly signed. Your helmet must be ANSI, SNELL or BSI approved and must be fastened to your head at all times whilst you are on your bike. This is a non drafting bike race and draft busters will be on the course to enforce this rule. The course is held on some country lanes and some large A roads. None of the roads will be closed to other traffic so please be careful.
