Emberton 21k run
A 4 lap course running out of the park, through Emberton Village and cross country to rejoin the park service road at the top of the park and loop back around transition for each lap. There will be 2 drink stations offering water and High Five drinks. The cross country section remains firm despite rain. Please hand your timing transponder to the finish marshals at the end of the race where fruit and further drinks will be available.
