The run course is 4.2km and relatively flat, you start inside the grounds of The National Bowl and then do one loop of the adjoining Furzton Lake, completing the course back at transition inside the The National Bowl. When the run course leaves The National Bowl grounds you will be running on a mixture of public cycle paths and gravel paths, both of which are very well maintained. All paths outside of the grounds of The National Bowl will be open to the public so beware of people with dogs, chil
