MK Bowl Winter bike lap
This couse is the option often used for the Big Cow Winter Duathlon cycle course at the bowl. This map shows one lap of the multilap course.
The bike course is 16km held entirely in the grounds of The National Bowl. The course is a multi lap twisty circuit on a well maintained tarmac service road. There is a small hill on the course which takes its toll after eleven laps. Please be careful when cornering and overtaking, some of the corners are very sharp and some other riders may not be as ex
